Question about Zyxel Prestige 334 Router
Internet connection is working fine without using my zyexel router however when i try to use the router using ethernet cables the internet connection is simply lost. i am also trying to connect my ps3 to it but i just get DNS error 80710102. I cannot fix this problem myself so some help would be greatly appreciated.
My ps3 connects to my ZEXel router only when i reset my ps3 settings and started my ps3 settings from scratch, however the connection cuts on after 5 minutes of being connected to the ps3 and thats connected via cable. please help, unable to play my ps3. :(

You should configure your Router as a "router" or as a bridge. Usually, you can access the router's IP via web service (using http://ip.address.of-this.router). In this web access, you can modify your router configuration to act as router or bridge, also you have to specify the DNS, DHCP configuration as well.
Maybe with posting your Type of router, i could help you more with it...

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
