According to the user guide you can CLEAR RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM), by doing the following .

1) UNPLUG REGISTER

2)Turn the control lock to MC position with control key .

3)Connect the AC plug into power outlet WHILE pressing the C KEY .

4)When RAM is cleared of all MEMORY the register PRINTS a ROW of Cs .

DO THIS ONCE ONLY : hope this helps you.

Turn you key to Half-past position then pull out the plug wait for 5sec then pug it back.

Sign in a clerk

You need to log the clerk back in. try pressing 1, then clerk button.

system option 21.Key on pgm press 21-RA-1-PO-CASH. Turn you key to reg and press PO. Good luck
