Question about Heating & Cooling
Turn off power, if still running - new water solenoid required.
If it stops running with the power off, then check and clean the level probe. If that dont do it. new control.

10 Air Supply or Exhaust
Ensure Rinnai approved venting materials are being used.
Check that nothing is blocking the flue inlet or exhaust.
Check all vent components for proper connections.
Ensure vent length is within limits.
Ensure condensation collar was installed correctly.
Verify dip switches are set properly.
Check fan for blockage.
