Problem for Motorola E815

ok so when i turn on my motorola e815 after the hellomoto screen it goes blank screen, then a blue screen comes on with the motorola symbol and at the bottom it says "Bootloader USB INIT" And you can't turn the phone off the only thing you can do is take the battery out. Then it just does it again. Just bought the phone to. I've had it activated for like 3 hours now. HELP PLEASEEEE?
