I have been told it is dust inside the projector and have replaced bulb but problem persists. How do i clear the dust. Thanks

When you connect a source to the projector, the unit will match the resolution input to it. As long as you don't exceed the max resolution, which is considerable, the unit will display it. Go into the menu and select auto-image to have the projector give you the best quality image. Hope I helped you!---Rick

Hi,
Firstly, try the focus function on the lens...
If spots are still present, then there is either:
a) foreign particles inside the lens
b) the LCD panel/s (guessing it's LCD, as you did not specify) have dead pixels
c) the colour filters are damaged

Sounds like a technical problem, no matter how long I've had this I would call the manufacturer and try and have them troubleshoot and then possibly have it looked at or replaced without you having to fork over any money.
