Hp product # pm105a. My Drivers cd was damaged and am unable to use this product. I understand this products is now discontinued, was manf. by Micro Innovations. They would not respond to my request.

Most of HP's software and drivers can be downloaded from their site. So you don't need o bother if the CD that came with your printer gets lost, you can simply download another one from HP website.

This implies to all HP products be it printer, laptop, desktop computers, etc. Follow the steps below closely and you won't have any problem at all.

First, go to HP's website which is www.hp.com

Second, look at the top of the page, you would see "SUPPORT & DRIVERS" click it or scroll down the homepage, look at the bottom of the page and you as well see "Support & Drivers", click it.

Third, select the radio button next to Download drivers and software (and firmware) and then type the product name in the for product text box. Select Enter or click the button. For example, enter "LaserJet m5035" for the product and then click the two arrow button in front.



Forth, select the specific model from the list.



Fifth, select the appropriate operating system and version from the list.



Now you can download the appropriate driver for your HP product.
