Call the company, they'll replace it for free! Shipping takes a little while though.

Find a replacement power chord

That power supply is a 9 volt power supply. Check near the plug or on the unit itself and see if it shows the polarity of the plug. You might be able to get one at radio shack. Be sure to take the bad one with you when you go. Or you can call smart parts at (888) 796-2749.

I misplaced the power supply and need to find another but don

look at the specifications of the old power supply in the manual or on a sticker on the back of the unit. It should give a DC voltage and an amp value. Get any power supply that has the same DC voltage and same or slightly higher amp rating.

Can i buy a new transformer for my digital photoframe

If you can determine the voltage and polarity of the input (often embossed next to the socket) then you will be able to find a generic replacement. Most of these use a standard concentric plug that is a different size for different voltages.

There are power supplies that have adjustable voltages and an array of different connectors, although the single voltage ones are neater. You will also need to make sure that the power supply you get can provide enough amperage or wattage for your frame. If you still have the old power supply you can get the information off of it.

My first stop for buying this sort of thing is Amazon. You can also find many such items on eBay.

I do not have any cables or wires .I only have the picture frame.Where can I get the hookups I need?

Wow. where did you get it ? A 5 finger discount from somewhere ? ;-)

You only need a standard USB to small USB cable, and the power supply. If you've lost the power supply, run on down to Radio Shack, they most likely have what you need.

I lost the power supply for SPDPF84M picture frame, can you give me voltage requirements. Thanks in advance

12 V
0.6 A
positive on center pin, negative = outer shell.

original model # is HNC120060U

If you're getting something other than the original power supply, I would suggest going with maybe a 1 A power supply, the std one gets kinda hot, and heat isn't very good for many electrical / electronic components

My pandigital frame no longer displays anything. You plug it in and it's a blank screen

If you have an all grey screen than the frame is dead --- which menas throw it away. Check voltage on the power supply. Make sure voltage matches the output on the power supply. Also try connecting it tto the computer and formatting the internal memory.
