AC control thermostats main programming may have the low cooling setting programmed that way and may need reprogramming to your use needs.
The thermostat also, when programming and setting, the heat setting would need to be set to the lowest minimum setting value. Example: heating minimum setting is set for a minimum of 65*, the cooling cannot be set lower than the heating, include 2-3* margin between the two main settings for cooling and heating settings ranges.
Bottom line: set the heat setting to fifty, then set your cool setting.

Cant acess the set up wizard

First you will need to check the wireless settings of the router. If you don't know the wireless settings of the router then you will need to open the set up page of the router and get the wireless settings. You will need wireless network name ( SSID ) , wireless channel, type of the wireless security and wireless network key or passphrase.

well you need to start from the crank and set that you will see a dot on the bottom gear set it straight up next the cams you have 4 cams all need to be set ok the cams will need to be set as follows the 2 inner cams next to intake manifold should be set at li,ri.........the 2 outer cams set at le,re 90 degrees straight offf the head

time:
hold left button -- hour will appear and begin flashing.
press right button to set.
press left button to advance to minutes, press right to set.

date:
press left -- date will appear. now hold left until day flashes.
press right to set.
press left to advance to month, right to set. then same again for year.

WHAT SETTING DO I NEED MY PRINTER PREFERENCES NEED TO BE ON TO PRINT A 51/2 X 41/4 NOTE CARD FOR A HP OFFICE JET 6210?

We need to manually set the size to print on the card size, go to HP Director or HP Solution center then settings >> print settings >> printer settings and manually set the size and then print.
