Bottom panel. But you shouldn't be able to put harness connector in the wrong terminal. The normally all have their own special cut in the board or they will be color coded.

I have a FEQ1442es dryer. I need to change it from a 4 pronged plug to a three prong, as that is what outlet my condo has... Is there any special order etc. in which to attatch the connections on the...

The 4-prong plug has red, black, white, and green/yellow wires while the 3-prong plug has red, black, and white wires. The only difference is the green/yellow (ground) wire of the 4-prong plug which is attached to the dryer cabinet. All you have to do is connect the wires of the 3-prong plug in the same way the same wire colors are connected with the 4-prong plug then connect the terminal on the cabinet, where the green/yellow (ground) wire of the 4-prong plug is formerly connected, to the white wire of the 3-prong plug.

There should be a service manual attatched to the inner cabinet of your dryer. This includes wiring diagrams.

One of the wires from the main wiring connection is burnt. How do I get to the terminal block inside the dryer where the wire is attatched to to replace it?

LG recommends replacing the entire wire harness when this happens. The burnt wires usually happens when the connection was not properly tightened. You will require a qualified LG tech to get it repaired properly.
Good luck.

New plug changed from a 4 wire to a 3wire,won't run.

You have 3 lugs to hook up to. right lug gets red or black, left lug gets red or black. Center lug gets white. you can also hook green wire to center with white. Or hook green to the screw for the lug cover. What you did is correct.

Cord was removed and i lost booklet for re-attachment

dont have a schematic, but the cord has 3 wires,of the three wires the middle one is the important one, it MUST be attatched to the middle post connector at the rear of unit. either end can then be attatched to either end, nthey can bbe switched, its only the middle one the will need to be mounted to middle
