Cant fix error

this sounds like a HDD problem, your best is to download a live operating system such as knoppix and boot to it, once in check that you can see the HDD it will be shown as "sda1" gather all data and information you want to keep and reinstall your OS

if you are using windows and you havnt made a recovery disk, then you can either contact the manufacturer to send one out or buy the windows install disk

What is "Virtual Memory" and why is it too low?

Virtual Memory is a setting on your computer, whereas Physical Memory (or RAM) refers to the amount of memory actually installed in your computer.
To understand what Virtual Memory is, one needs to understand what memory does. When you open a file or program, your computer loads the needed information into memory from your hard drive. If you open a second program, it loads when it needs for that one as well, while keeping the other one in memory too. As you open more and more programs, things start to get complicated.
The amount of memory you have in your computer is finite, so it can only load so many things before it starts to get "full." That's where Virtual Memory comes into play. When you open too many things for your Physical Memory to handle, it temporarily writes them back to disk in an area reserved for Virtual Memory.
Think of a juggler juggling three balls. If someone tosses her another ball, and then another and another, she will eventually need to set a ball aside in order to continue juggling more balls. Virtual Memory is like the juggler putting one of the balls in her pocket while she juggles the others.
Now that we know what Virtual Memory does, let's talk about how to set it correctly. According to Microsoft, your Virtual Memory should be set to between 1.5 times and 3 times the Physical Memory on your computer. (See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308417)
If you're getting errors about your Virtual Memory being too low, it could very well be because it isn't set properly. Follow the link above for instructions on how to change that. However, it could also just be because your computer needs more Physical Memory to handle all the tasks you want to do. Think about it. Say your computer has 512MB of Physical Memory. You open enough things so that it fills that 512MB up with data and starts writing to Virtual Memory in order to keep "juggling" all the things you need. Even if your Virtual Memory is set correctly (768MB to 1536MB in this case), that's still not a whole lot. But if your computer has 4GB (4096MB) of Physical Memory, it could easily do everything you need without even having to write to Virtual Memory. So you may be getting Virtual Memory errors, but the real problem may be that you need more Physical Memory.
These days, a computer with 1GB of RAM is ok for surfing the web and using some basic word processing, and that's about it. Depending on what you need to do, 2GB is a good place to start.
Hope this was helpful for you. Good luck!

Why is it vista operating system memory bog down even you do not open some of its program?what is the procedure to replace it with windows 7?

Open Task Manager by doing , at the same time and release. Under task manager look under programs to see who is eating all the CPU and memory time. I know that opening many programs under IE or Firefox keeps accumulating the amount of memory being taken. I've written to Microsoft and gotten nowhere. They just do not close the programs properly.

The funny thing is that this error and the error "the memory could not be written" are not related to each other. I found a fix that helped pretty fast. The memory could not be read is apparently a Java error which is causing the problem. You find a big explanation with various solutions at a official Java website.
I would still like to outline how I fixed this error. The Java website has several solutions to get rid of this error and you should start at solution 1 and the error will hopefully disappear after you have tried solution number 4 which is the last one in that list. My error disappeared after trying solution number 1. Here is what I did to fix "the memory could not be read".
I went to the directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine and renamed the Engine directory to Engineold. After renaming that directory download the latest Java Runtime Environment from Sun and install it on your computer. The error disappeared after restarting my system.
You should try solution 2, then 3 and lastly 4 if the first solution did not work out to get rid of "the memory could not be read".

Werfault.exe -application error\r\n

You can try to disable this service by following the below steps:
Step 1: Open your computer's Control Panel by selecting "Start" > "Control Panel" from your computer's Start menu.
Step 2: Choose the "System and Maintenance" > "Problem Reports" menu option from the Control Panel menu.
Step 3: Select "Change Settings" > "Advanced Settings" from the Problem Reports program menu and turn off the automatic problem reporting feature in Windows.
Step 4: Exit the Problem Reporting application by selecting "File" > "Exit" from the File menu. Werfault.exe will now only run on your computer in the event of a catastrophic application problem.

If disabling the application does not work, y
ou should keep in mind that many malware programs can show up on your system as seemingly legitimate files by using file names that are very similar to those of legitimate files. Whenever you are in doubt about a particular file, always scan your system for viruses.

Unable to use my documents

The application you are using most likely has an error. I would uninstall the software and reinstall it, then try opening the document.

You probably need to check for errors on your hard drive by right clicking on the drive and choose properties. Then a window will pop up and have a tab called "Tools." Use the error check.

Explore.exe, application error, memory could not be written

this is probably relating to explorer which is your desktop display for a specific programme. Explore as you say, or do you mean internet explorer, if so download updates for windows. It could also refer to a virus, so when you reinstalled did the recovery cd format the drive first then install or just install over the top of the original installation. If it did format first then it will not be virus. The system crash will be because the system is probably using up all the remaining memory.
