My Canon Pixma IP1980 print has lines and color is not even, to much green.

I have refilled my canon iP 1980 printer catridges and I am currently encountering 2 problems:

a) The notification telling me that the ink is running low wil not dissapear.

b) There are lines across my documents when I print them. Those lines resemble those that occur when the ink is running out. however, I have already refilled it twice and am quite sure that the catridge is now full.

Please help--your advise will be greatly appreciated.

Did you mean CL-41 has run out? if so Press Hold the button with orange led on it's side for 5-10 seconds. that will reset your cartridge and the software driver will never monitor the ink cartridge level anymore. Hope to be of help.

I have refilled my cartridges but it keeps telling me that An ink cartridge is not installed properly.

Dear,
There is an chip identifier in that catridge. Rifill catridge is not working for Canon Pixma series. If you will able to change that counter chip. then its possible.

I have refilled my Ink Colour catridge, and now when I print documents the yellow colour can not be printed / come out..please help me

The yellow print head is clogged or you are out of yellow ink. You can try to get it flowing with a warm wet paper towel by rubbing and and pressing it into the towel.

Error on my printer - Ink Cartridge not properly installed ...

well, for starters you did install the cartridges correctly. Try turning off the printer then reboot the system, then turn on the printer again. if that doesn't work you should consider buying a new ink cartridge chances are most printer models may not accept refilled ink cartridges.

Hope this helps:)
