Question about Nokia 6133 Cellular Phone

Motorola Q unit is locked, password doesn't work!

Hi, I tried to use the 000000, 12345, and my usual password combinations. Unfortunately, my unit is NOT unlocking. I've read all the other comments, but those passwords are not helpful to me. If I provide the Sprint DEC number, can you help me?  Please let me know.

    Here's the DEC: 01200542527

  • trishaclerk1 Mar 09, 2009

I don't want to lose the data. Will a hard reset cause all of my data to be erased?

  • trishaclerk1 Mar 09, 2009

    I tried the last 4 digits (8977).

  • trishaclerk1 Mar 09, 2009

Ok, here's the Motorola Q number: DEC: 01200542527
I've also tried entering the 000000; 12345; 1234; the last 4 numbers of my cell phone; and the last 4 digits of my SSN. I just don't remember!

  • trishaclerk1 Mar 09, 2009

My question about the hard reset is this, "will I use all of my data"?

  • trishaclerk1 Mar 09, 2009

I don't see the other solutions to my problem. I can't read the Hard Reset instructions. Plus, no one has answered my question about losing data.

  • trishaclerk1 Mar 09, 2009

No, no, no! (I can't be rude so don't take this the wrong way.) But golly molly, why can't you help me with the DEC code? I read something about that on the other posts. A guest praised one of the experts for helping him/her to find the solution WITHOUT losing/reset the data. That's what I'm hoping for. Sprint PCS Motorola Q (DEC: 0120054252)

  • trishaclerk1 Mar 09, 2009

I can't call them because my phone won't unlock! (Hehehe) I'm laughing my **** off but it's not funny at all. I have absolutely no phone service, man.

  • trishaclerk1 Mar 09, 2009

You've been helpful, but I guess I don't want to accept your solutions because I read another comment where they gave you the DEC number and then received some type of code. This is why I don't like new phones. I should have kept my old Motorola i835.

  • trishaclerk1 Mar 09, 2009

Yes, I tried the last for digits. Hey, how can I read the other comments? It seems as if I can only read the last thread solution. Where are the others?

  • trishaclerk1 Mar 09, 2009

You're right! I give up! I'm just going to have to accept the fact that I can't use my phone tonight. Thanks for the solutions! This service is really cool!

Have you tried unlocking by pressing Unlock softkey and asterisk or is it telling you to enter a code specifically?

  • Benjamin Patri

Oh, by the way, a hard reset WILL clean out the device of ALL inforamtion including the SD card
(if in device...so save what you can) BUT it will reset that lock code.

I found the following for a hard reset. Take the battery out of device wait 5 sec put the batt back in &
hold the silver nag key & power on. The screen will be black and
have green letters. It will ask if you want to MASTER RESET the device
say yes & it will reset the device & the lock code should be
back to default of 0000 or 1234.

Here are hard reset instructions see if this unlocks the phone, you may loose some files inside

1. Be sure to have atleast 75% battery on your Motorola Q
2. Be sure that you have backed up all data on the device since this will wipe the device clean
3. Power off the Motorola Q
4. Power on the Motorola Q
5. Once you see the initial carrier screen, hold the center button on the navigation pad.
6. Keep it held until you get a “Master Reset?” screen.
7. Click the left softkey for “Yes” and the phone will wipe and reload the OS from ROM
BE SURE NOT TO REMOVE THE BATTERY WHEN YOU DO THIS

There is no other option if you cant rememver your code. maybe motorola could unlock it for a nice fee, or the might just do the same reset..

  • Ekse Mar 09, 2009

Save us all some time and accept my solution, there a button here somewhere for that :)

I really sorry, since you can't remember your code, you can't get in the phone. The reset will restore the phone to the original state, then just put all your stuff back in. and don't forget your darn code again!!

There is no other option. This is the first time I hear of dec code.

    Sorry!

Can you show me where that comment was could you get me a link to that page and I'll look into it more?

Bc50 subsidy password

Subsidy Password usually asks in Motorola phone. If it is a locked phone, you insert other network sim card without unlocking it,it will ask for subsidy code.BC50 is motorola phone battery type.So you need to specify the correct phone model,IMEI number, network and country it is locked now.Get subsidy code from the site Onlinegsmunlock.com and unlock your Motorola phone from network lock. Then use with any GSM network sim card.It will not ask for an unlock code.

My touch screen has frozen. My contact were all saved on my phone and not on my memory card. Can I get them back?

Usually when your smart phone or tablet freezes you can force it to shutdown by holding a combination of buttons. The iphone uses the screen lock and home button combination and the motorola xoom combines the lock screen and the volume. Or you can try pulling out the battery.

Start it back up and it should work fine, if not you could try downloading the information on your phone to your computer via USB.

I forgot my 4 digit pass code on my motorola razor v3

Hi,

The default lock code is 1234.

If you changed it and forgot the unlock code, At the Enter Unlock Code prompt, try entering 1234 or the last four digits of your phone number. If that doesn’t work, press menu button and enter your
six-digit security code instead.Default security code is 000000.

If you forget other codes:

If you forget your security code, SIM PIN code, PIN2 code, or call barring password, contact your service provider.

While you get the other codes, service provider will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PIN code.

Thank You

if you recall your security password, (the default is 000000) then hold the menu key for a second while your phone is asking for your password to access your messages the phone will now ask you for your security number. If you enter the password it will take you to the application that is locked. Hope this helps, good luck
