Question about KitchenAid KSCS25FKSS Side by Side Refrigerator
Ouch!!!, heres what i wouldlook for, foirst off remove the lower kickplate, from ther youll see a wire harness leading from the bottom of the door leading to a multi plug right in the front of machine, unplug this. from there i would want to check the individual wires coming from the door. a natural pinch point is created from opening and closing the door and results in ripping of the wires.. youll need to cut the spider like harness covering they use to protect wires, im thinkn a few of those wires are definalty sheared..bad part is the only fix for this as perwhirlpool ios replace teh door( $500+) if this is the case, yhou cannot wire nut the connections( not enought room, you can solderthewires or i have had some sucesse in using what they call "**** connectors" to reattach.. just leave the harness unplugged till rectified( dont want to "short " anythin out
