Question about Ricoh Aficio 1018D All-In-One Laser Printer
I'm experiencing a type: "B" misfeed with my, Ricoh Aficio 1018D. It looks like two of the 4 or 5 arms resting on the roller and extended too far out and holding the paper back from rolling through. This happens to every print. I have included pictures if it helps anyone determine the issue. I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me out. Thanks a lot!
Those are PICK OFF PAWLS and if they are NOT touching the hot roller, and you cannot push them back in (AWAY from the door you opend to see them) Then fuser MUST be taken apart, inspected for damage, and reassembled. Preferably by a CERTIFIED tec. YOU COULD BURN YOU BUILDING DOWN if the fuser is NOT reassembled correctly, That roller reaches 400 degrees F
