How to replace whirlpool washer Drum, baffle

I I have a 2 years old wirlpool Duet front washer ,one of the bafflels in the drum is broken .I wonder if any one would know how to replace it ??

Just order a new one from an online parts store and put it in.  The new ones dont screw from behind.  They just snap in. By the way, the rest of the baffles will break as well. So you may as well by a couple.  But there not cheap-You can order them through Sears and pay 23.95 each.
