Why are you using Spydoctor? did you know that CCleaner is free, and does the same thing pretty much?? Just another option instead of Spydoctor... you might try that instead of trying to download spydoctor, if you haven't downloaded it, then you shouldn't have a virus in your computer, use your Virus program ie: McAfee, or Norton, to can your computer for Viruses or trojans, it will tell you if there is a problem... sometimes those type of programs are big problems themselves.. or it might not be compatible with Windows Vista Ultimate. 32bit or 64bit.

Am getting an error message " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage when I attemp to access LinkedIn site. Used to work, and now it does not.

If you are using IE 7/8 you can try to run the program without loading any add-ons to see if one of them is causing the problems. To do this, click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
(You can also load IE without add-ons by clicking START --> RUN and then typing iexplore.exe -extoff)
If those don't work try to re-register IEPROXY.DLL by clicking START --> RUN and typing regsvr32 IEPROXY.DLL and then clicking OK.
When IE dissapears does IExlorer.exe show in the task manager's list of running processes?

Try a scan with your virus scan, then with a malware scanner, i use Malwarebytes.
I would then use CCleaner, use the registry cleaner also.
This will clean out all your temp files, and remove any registry errors that may be causing IE from starting properly.
You could also use Firefox, or chrome as your browser if this does not fix it

To fix flash related problems in your Windows 7 operating system try to change the web browser. Sometimes due to the addition of numerous add-ons the browser is unable to play videos online and videos crash too often. Similarly you can use another version of the flash available for free. A number of times it has been seen that using some old/new version of the flash helps to correct this problem. For instance if flash player 9 isn't working well you could try using the flash player 10 version or vice versa.
However, when the Active-X components are behind the Windows 7 flash problem then always check for active-x corruption through a registry repair tool.
You could also try to download and use Microsoft Direct-x technology that helps the multimedia streaming process easier and faster.
Sometimes the flash problems are linked to the conflicts in the sound driver. To cope with this reinstall the drivers. Your Windows 7 can do it automatically after you will uninstall those drivers and restart your computer. Alternatively you can find the sound drivers through the sound card company's web site.
For advanced and easy solution to flash problems and other common PC errors and crashes use RegInOut registry cleaner and PC optimizer software.
The above guidelines allow you to take measures to speed up computer and keep your Windows properly maintained. Prevention is the best cure.
If you need a complete registry cleaning solution and do not have time to follow all the tips you can try this globally recognized software utility available at Intel Partners site here reginout reg cleaner
