Question about Nokia 3230 Cellular Phone
My unit fell to ground from a height of almost 1 meter. it slip from my hand and it is in level of my chest. when i picked it up, the nokia opening theme that should be at the bottom was moved upward and the backlight did not show up. what i did, i took off the battery then try to place it again. when i tried to "on" it, the keypad lights work, i can hear the nokia opening tune, but the LCD just wont work. what could be the problem? help!
Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-5 or 6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.
