Question about Toilets & Bidets
A couple of months ago our saniflo was replaced due to various things wrong with the original. Was cheaper to replace. My letting agent agreed to that and a saniflo plumber carried out the job, he actually commented on how clean the system was (mostly due to it flushing all night i may add). He had to wait on a new flush syphon as this had also broke and would be back to complete the job. He never returned as my agent stated he was a cowboy? Basically they have used there regular plumber who hasn't a clue and since then the system backs up or blocks on a monthly basis. I don't flush anything other then regular loo roll and little of it and can't understand why it keeps occuring, On one occasion he pulled out a wet wipe which my sister owned up to, but other then that its loo roll. He won't show me whats blocking and to be honest his english is poor i wouldn't understand?! But back to my question, my shower and bathroom sink plugs are also blocking or very slow to drain as if they had a blockage too, is it possible the outlets are connected or would you need to see to say? He is meant to be looking at it tomorrow and i'm going to the letting agents to look at the evidence that they have collected on me, as i don't understand how this could be? Becoming paranoid to use the loo.
Do you have cess pool or city drain.
if it is cess pool , you need to pump it out. IT IS FULL. if it is city, you need a plumber to check the drain to the city line.
