hi there, try to perform power drain first. take out the battery and unplugged power adapter. hold and press power button for 30secs then release. put the battery/adapter back in then power on the computer. if same issue happened, this could be a battery issue. if unit is still under warranty have the battery replaceed. thanks
Have you had previous problems with your laptop power supply and battery? I have this same laptop and use it very regularly. I do have problems with battery life, but never actually powering on. I suspect the battery is not accepting a charge. My suggestion is to replace the battery and see how things go.
