With any password issues, be sure you do not have your CAPS LOCK on and, because this is a laptop, be sure the NUM LOCK is not on either. NUM LOCK activates the number pad on the letters of the keyboard and can easily cause login issues.
With both off, type your password in the USER NAME field and make sure it appears correctly (this will show you what you are typing and how the laptop "sees" what you typed). If this is correct, delete this, enter your user name and then re-type the password and see if you can get logged in.
If this fails, you may need to use a "password reset boot disk" to boot your computer up and reset your password. Let us know if you need help with that step.
First check the num lock status on key board after power up the computer press num lock key then check the num lock led status if it is on and off when you press num lock then cpu is working fine only issue with screen resolution for that when you power up the computer press F8 key 5 to 6 times untill you can see safe mode and other menu enter in "enable vgamode " then if you are able to enter then go to display property and change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and check.but if you are not able to enter then open cpu cabinet cover then reconnect RAM memory pull cmos cell from motherboard for 10 minutes then put it back also try with another RAM memory make sure motherboard is not ground with cabinet cover.Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.
You have to press Fn and Num Lock keys to activate numeric keyboard, rembember deactivated when you wish to use the letters that share the physical keys with numpad, this is done in the same way that you activated it ( Fn + Num Lock).
When after power up the computer press num lock key if num lock led is flash on and off when you press num lock key then your cpu is working fine. But if it stay constant then open cpu cabinet cover then reconnect RAM memory and processor and it's fan pull cmos cell from motherboard for 10 minutes then reconnect it then check.Make sure motherboard is not ground with cabinet.
If num lock led is on and off then when you power up the computer press F8 key 5 to 6 times so you can see safe mode and other menu then enter in "Enable vga mode" then go to display property ->settings change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and ok.
If everything are fine in cpu then your monitor need repairing.

Check num lock key of laptop press num lock if numlock key is on and off when you press it then dispaly working fine only issue with screen resolution . For that when you power up the computer press F8 key then enter in enable vga mode. Then go to start menu ->control panel->display->settings. Change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and ok. But if num lock is constant when you press numlock key then you need to refix RAM memory.Open back cover of laptop then refix RAM memory. Then check if still same issue then pull cmos cell from motherboard then check again if still same then try with another RAM . When you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" key if you are able to see bios screen then you not need to open back cover of laptop only make sure SATA is disabled and your harddrive is detected in bios. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.
Can you specify at what point it doesn't let you log in? Does it get to the log in screen? Make sure you have your Caps Lock button turned off, and your Num Lock key turned on, then try to log in again. Will need a little more clarification if the problem still exists after trying this. Hope this helps!!
Carefully check the typing of your username and password. Make sure the caps lock and num lock keys are not on. You might want to open a text editor and type into the window. Are the characters displaying properly? If not, and the num lock and cap lock keys are not enabled, try re-booting your computer. Sometimes the keyboard driver becomes corrupt and reloading solves the problem.
