I broke my glass bulb on my fan and have tried in vein to get it from Home Depot. They say that it is no longer available. Help.
I have a hampton bay fan and the cable installer broke one of the lamps and I can not find the replacement. This is **** as the fan is not very old and Lowes does not carry replacements. I guess the only way is to be devious and go purchase a new fan, take the globe out and bring the fan back and tell them one of the globes is broke. I don't feel bad about doing it expecially when they make it so hard to get a replacement.
-   I dropped the globe to my hampton ceilng light and it smashed into a million pieces. I was hoping I could find a replacement globe. Any ideas please share. -   ksliz31
I don't think King of Fans manufactured your fan, BUT their FAQ says... Where can I get parts for my ceiling fan?
You may call customer service at 1-800-330-3267 on Monday through Friday EST. When you call please have your UPC code available. If you do not have your owners manual, you may look on the top of the fan where you will see a silver or gold sticker. There you will find a UL number beginning with the letter E and located under the UL number is the UPC code. The UPC code consists of 12 numerical digits. From that information, the customer service representative will be able to determine if you are calling the correct company and determine the make and model of your product. If it is determined you are calling the wrong company, you will be given the correct number to call.

can't operate my fan with remote Droped my remote and the battery shifted forward and changed the programing and now I can't operate it. I've checked for a receiver normally placed above the fan at the ceiling, but there isn't any. There are only two wires coming from the fan. A black and white. I think the receiver is internal. Now what do I do?
