Question about PC Laptops
I have recently bought my laptop & after installing my wireless broadband connection I have a google end user licence agreement which I can't get rid of. It does not have any buttons at all in the top right of the window, I am unable to close, minimise or maximise it. There is no option in the window to accept it or anything. Initially it appeared 'in front' of everything else so I was unable to do anything at all, but I have resolved that. I have switched computer on & off several times but it's still there. It's a Satellite L350D i have the same problem with google end user licence on my pc and it is just pissing me off.can't any thing be done?
The problem here is that you are not seeing the entire screen. Your screen resolution is probably set to 800x600 this needs to be increased to at least 1028x764.
To do this (in Vista) go to Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > (under the header Personaltion) Adjust Screen Resolution
Slide the bar in the center of the popup window to the right to achive a higher resolution. Click OK.
After you do this you should be able to see the entire license agreement.

Go to your windows 'Task Manager' by pressing ctrl+alt+delete keys together then click 'Processes' and close or click 'end process' any programs called EULA.exe
