I haven't been able to find documentation to be sure if the CT-630 has MIDI ports on it (my guess is no, but please check). If it does, you can get something like the Yamaha UX16 USB MIDI Interface cable to connect the keyboard to a PC. If not, sorry, it seems the only thing you could do is record the audio output.
