Question about Whirlpool Dryers
Check your breaker first.A dryer will run on 110 but wont heat.if not breaker it could be your thermal fuse or element.the thermal fuse is located on element cage,unplug machine and test for continuity to your thermal cut off fuse which will be the top one on cage and check continuity to element.

If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.
