Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone

When I access voicemail the iPhone crashes

When I try to tap on a voicemail, the iPhone screen goes immediately black. I can get it to come back by pressing the reset/power off button at the top right on the phone. It's NOT a problem with the infrared sensor - the screen doesn't come back on even after two minutes if I leave it completely alone and am nowhere near it unless I hit reset/power-off button on top right of iPhone.

Same problem - whenever I click on a voicemail to play it back, the phone screen immediately goes black as if I pressed the "sleep" button. I have to press the sleep button to turn it back on.

I forgot my iphone voicemail password, how can i just erase so i can make a new one.

  1. Call 611 or 800-331-0500.
  2. Press 1 to use existing number, or enter the wireless number starting with area code.
  3. Tap the 3 key to "get help with voicemail." (5 for enterprise customers)
  4. Tap the 3 key to reset your VM password.
  5. Enter the Billing Zip code for the account.
  6. A temporary password will be sent via SMS
  7. Access voicemail with this temporary password.
After performing the above steps, my voicemail was accessible once again, and I didn't appear to have lost any prior voice mail messages. AT&T's support page has several other options available as well, but I found the above to be the quickest and easiest to execute directly from my iPhone.

Deleted voice mail in error, is there anyway to retrieve?

  • Start by tapping the "Phone" icon on your iPhone.
  • 2 Next, access your voice mail messages by tapping the "Voicemail" icon.
  • 3 Look at your list of current voice messages. If you have any messages that are eligible for recovery, you'll see an item at the very bottom called "Deleted Messages". Tap on this to access a list of your deleted messages.
  • 4 You should now see a list of deleted voice messages. If you see the message that you want to recover, tap on it and choose "Undelete".
  • 5 Your voice message will now be sent back to the main list of current voice mail messages.
  • 6 Repeat steps 1-5 for "each" message you wish to recover. This may take time!

    My ipod screen is enlarged

Your iPod Touch is not broken! You accidentally invoked one of the accessibility features which zooms the screen. This happens when you double-tap the screen with three fingers simultaneously. To undo it, double-tap again and drag three fingers up or down.
You can turn this feature off by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom.

    Straight from Apple Iphone Manual
    Camera is not functioning
    1. Tap Camera, then point and shoot. Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation. If you do not see Camera on the any of the multiple Home screens, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tapping Settings > General > Restrictions. If they are, set Allow Camera to ON or tap Disable Restrictions (in iPhone 2.1 software or later).
    2. If that doesn't work, clean the camera lens with the cleaning cloth that came in the box with iPhone.
