Blackberry phone's use an encrypted password scheme and unless you have law enforcement forensic hardware you cannot bypass it. You will need to enter your device password incorrectly 10 times to reset the device. This will ERASE all information the device.
Hopefully you do the smart thing and back your device up to your PC so you still have your information.
