Re: Saints Row for 360 stuck on Loading Screen plz help
You may have an issue either with the game or your display. We have some steps you can try in the below article, but you may want to contact the publisher to look into the issue further.
Also, have you all tried cleaning your game disk or exchanging the disk at the retail store for another copy? Do you receive an error message, does the console fully lockup, or does the action on screen slow down but the game still plays?

IMO Never Use a cleaning disc for Gaming consoles. Which Xbox 360 do you have? Is it the Older Model or newer one? You can Try Blowing into Your Xbox disc drive. Is your xbox up to date, you can unplug your xbox 360 and from the wall and the Xbox. Wait 25 Mins and Try again.
It is normally the disc that either is scratched, has dust on it or is dirty.
You can clean the disc with warm water if it is dirty, that won't damage it, but don't use boiling water, that would be crossing the line.
If the game is scratched, you might check your nearest GameStop, they might have this disc fixer, or whatever they call it. They have it here in Norway, so I guess they have it most places around the world. :)
It might be a corrupt game disc and you'll need to return it and get a new copy. If that's not it try to see if you can upload it to your hard drive. If that doesn't work then you might have to consider formating your hard drive because it might have corruption on that drive. If you are going to try to format, then by all means get a memory unit to transfer data to a new hard drive preferrable.
Check all your sound connector behind your TV and make sure its fully plugged in and then next check your sound options in the dashboard. if all these are correct and your not having trouble with other games it is probably your game disk and i would recommend getting a new one or trying to send this disk back and say it has manufacturer defects.Tell me how it goes
