Question about La Pavoni Imperia Pasta Maker-Maunal (for restaurant use) - 220
Hello my name is frank,recently i dismanteled the pasta machine for a good clean up and for some adjustment,i have managed to assemble most of it,infact it works very well,the problem is that i could not assemble six thin metal lates which are found under the rollers from where the pasta is rolled out,i hope i have evplained myself correctly.Well u still want to thank you for offering help.

Just attach the pasta machine to your countertop, table or cutting board with the clamp. Put the crank in the hole. The pasta goes inbetween the rollers of course and turn the crank. Start with the rollers furthest apart or the biggest number and roll the dough twice on each number. There are videos to watch on my website:
