Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
Where do i start?
If it's starting and not heating it's usually one of two things. Take off the bottom panel. 2 screws hold it in place. If you have a way to check the element with a meter or something that would be ideal. It should read about a short circuit. The other part that goes out a lot is the thermal fuse located in the front on a pipe it's long and narrow. Here is a link to show where things are in there. If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have not taken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then you need to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should take place. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causes for your dryer to fail.
