Question about Sony VAIO PCV-W10 PC Desktop
My new Sony VGC-JS 155J/B all-in-one computer will not power up after one month of use. The AC adapter light comes on, but the computer will not start and there is no power. Any solutions?
Try to power on the computer with no battery inside.
If still no luck, then the AC adapter must be tested by reading voltages on the connector, no matter if light is on. This is done using a multimeter.
If the AC adapter is fine, and the laptop has no power at all , then it is usually a broken solder contact on AC socket on laptop.
All this can be tested at any local repair shop.
