I can't find user manual for Saeco Via Venezia. It's not pulling shots like ti should. I thought it said to NOT use commerical de-scaler product. (harmful?) But I don't remember what product it recommended. Does anyone know what alternative de-scaler products there are?

Do not use vinegar, but any non toxic commercial descaler can be used, as long as you remember it is a small machine use less.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

We have broken the handle on pressurized portafilter for Saeco Via Venezia espresso machine. where can we get replacement?

I don't think the handle is sold separately. Seattlecoffeegear does sells both a bottomless and an unpressurised portafilter for the Via Venezia. Both would be considered upgraded gear vs the pressurized one.

Coffee does not flow into shot glasses. water and coffe grounds seap and sprew from around the top ad down the sides

I had a brand new Via Venezia that I could barely get to make espesso, nothing or very little came out. Got a new portafilter and now it work beautifully, espesso flies out of the thing wonderfully. Bad news is a new portafilter is like $65. I can't believe they are shipping these with bad portafilters, but they are.

Pump sounds loud and slurpy but doesn't pump

Try descaling the machine. Saeco has a suitable solution, although the user manual says 'you may use any commercially available non-toxic descaling agent.' The instructions are set out in the user manual, and are usually on the descaling agent label. It is important to descale regularly, at least every 4-6 months.
