How do you set the clock on the stove

Hi Andre.

The particulars will vary from model to model. Since you don't state your make or model, I can tell you what seems to be the most common approach on large appliances like this:
  1. There will probably be a button that says [Clock]. Press it.
  2. You may have to press it for a couple of seconds. There will likely be a beep when it responds.
  3. You'll likely get some blinking or change to the clock display. Enter the time on the number keypad, if there is one. If no keypad, an electronic knob may cause the numbers to move (I have a microwave that sets up this way). Or there may be [up] [down] buttons that can help. In any case, enter the time.
  4. To finish, hit [Clock] one more time.
my bad if your system works in another way. if you can add specifics, it can probably be looked up.

Good Luck!

Set clock and be able to tell am from pm setting

The Clock uses a 12-hour cycle with a.m. and p.m.
1. Check that the oven is off.
2. Press CLOCK.
3. Press TEMP/TIME "+" or "-" arrow pads to set the time of day, including a.m. or p.m.
4. Press CLOCK or START
The Timer can be set in hours or minutes up to 12 hours and 59 minutes.

1. Press TIMER.
2. Press TEMP/TIME "+" or "-" arrow pads to set the length of time.
3. Press START to begin the countdown. If enabled, end-of-cycle tones will sound at end of countdown.
4. Press TIMER twice to cancel the Timer. Do not press the CANCEL/OFF keypad because the oven will turn off.
5. If the TIMER is running, but not in the display, press TIMER to display the countdown for 5 seconds

Delay Start:
The Start Time keypad is used to enter the starting time for an oven function with a delayed start.

Hope this answers all you questions about your stove.

Electric oven does not work

After a power failure, some models will automatically resume their setting once the power is restored. On models with a clock, you must reset the clock. If the oven was in use, you must reset it by
pressing the CLEAR/OFF pad, setting the clock and resetting any cooking function.

To Set the Clock
The clock must be set to the correct time
of day for the automatic oven timing
functions to work properly. The time of day
cannot be changed during a timed baking
or self-cleaning cycle.
Touch the CLOCK pad twice.
Touch the + or – pads.
If the + or – pads are not touched within
one minute after you touch the CLOCK pad,
the display reverts to the original setting.
If this happens, touch the CLOCK pad and
reenter the time of day.
Touch the START/ON pad until the
time of day shows in the display. This
enters the time and starts the clock.
To check the time of day when the display is
showing other information, simply touch the
CLOCK pad. The time of day shows until another
pad is touched.

If you do not have the owner's use and care manual,
go to this website and get a free download
of your manual by clicking on your model #.
Once you have downloaded it, you can print it up.

Time is on military time how do i switch it back

Hi, from page 6 in the owners manual it says:

"Setting the CLOCK
1. Press CLOCK pad. Indicator word TIME
will flash in the display.
2. Press the appropriate number pads for
the current time. (Time is in a 12-hour
format.)
After a power interruption, the last clock time
before the interruption will flash."

The timer goes up to 99 hours and 59 minutes, maybe that is what your seeing.

Timer

After you set the time ,do you push the Clock button to lock your time??If you set the clock time and walk away its not holding the time ,because its waiting for you to confirm time selected. So after you set the time press the clock key pad 1 more time .Remember this, just because you bought a new clock doesnt mean its a good part.Bad parts get the best of us ,so dont think your new part is ok yet.It probably is not.

F1 shows on display and beeps constantly.

The F1 error code relates to a defective touch pad or clock (ERC). It seems that the reason for it in your case is some liquid entered the unit during its cleaning. Unplug the power cable and wait for few hours, In case it will not help, apart the ERC unit and and dry the touch pad and the clock. Good luck!
