I have water damage to my Apple iPod Touch, I have a warranty, but I don't want to go through the process of them fixing it

Unfortunately, your warranty only covers factory defects. What you are looking for is Insurance on the device, which in turn, would cover water damage and other accidents.

I am afraid your Warranty will not cover the repairs or replacement of your iPod.

Sorry.

Headphone plug broke off and is lodged in the jack.

broken earphones are usually not repairable due to its miniature construction. i am sorry to say it's more likely you need to buy a new one. if you are really a person that loves music so much and pays attention to sound details, i suggest you buying a good quality earphones like Sennheiser. Though this has a trade off when it comes to price.

Ipod touch wifi greyed out

You could try downloading a piece of software called ZiPhone to fix this issue. (ziphone.org)

Run the executable with the icon, choose advanced and then click on repair wifi and then go. It will become fairly obvious what you have to do when the program is open.

IPod Touch, 1st gen, "slide to unlock" broken

If you jailbreak (quickpwn.com) there is an app on cydia that will change it to tap to unlock rather than slide so it should be more sensitive.

The lock button is broken on my ipod is broke

This sounds like you will need to bring the ipod in for servicing. Please don't open it up yourself as this will void your warrenty.

if you wish to return the ipod for service, you can find a local apple reseller by calling apple on 1-800-MY-APPLE

Or you can visit an apple retail store by visiting http://www.apple.com/retail/

Hope this helps.

Nathan.

Jack on headphones broke off in my iTouch

You might be able to get it looked at under warranty if it's less than a year old.
Otherwise, have a look at this:http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/First-Look/iPod/iPod-Touch You'll need some tools to do it, but they can be bought from the iFixIt site.
If it's jammed in there really badly you might need to replace the headphone jack itself, which may be part of the logic board. Could be a pretty expensive repair job if you choose to DIY. I'd definitely see if Apple will fix it either under warranty or for a fee. Much easier.
Anyway, iFixIt has all the parts for the iPod Touch here: http://www.ifixit.com/Products/Touch-1st-Gen/132
Good luck!
