I Chatted with Phillips Digital Phone KeyChain tech rep who tells me that Win 7 64 bit is not compatable.

i dont no how to use the volume

THis is a WinFax question I would suggest posting it in the appropriate area for someone to answer it properly for you.

1. Download the drivers from here: www.mscustomercare.com
2. Make sure the device is fully charged and not in charge mode.
3. Unzip and install the drivers with the device connected to your pc.

The small disk fits into the exact center of your cd drive (not hard drive which is internal). There is a recess for it. If there is not one you have an old CD drive. Given you have Vista and a Dell I am assuming it is a relatively new machine...you could also have a combo cd/dvd drive or a just a dvd drive which accepts both dvd's and cd's (and should also accept the small cd's).

The battery is already busted in that case. Replace the battery.

Three months, hours of frustration with innovage digital PhotoKeychain I can't get it to work. My kids gave it to me as a Christmas gift and keep asking me if I like it. Please help. They will be here to visit for my 55th birthday and I want them to see I like thier gift. Thank You
