Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

It's supposed to say ")Connected USB)The timer and alarm will become invalid." I does that because it's charging when you plug it into your CPU. Hope this helped!

Im apparently locked out of my ipod touch it says ipod disabled try again in 20741188 minutes and i have forgotten my unlcok code

You will need to plug the iPod touch into the computer it was last synced with, and restore it.

NOTE: You may lose some data that was stored on the iPod.

To do this:
1) Turn the iPod off.
2) Hold down the Home button and plug the iPod into the computer.
3) Release the Home button when the iTunes logo appears on the iPod's screen. ITunes should now recognize that the iPod is in recovery mode.
4) Follow the on screen instructions to restore the iPod.

If this doesn't work, you will need to call Apple Customer Support.

Insignia mp3 player question..

Completely format the player... if that doesnt work, take it to best buy and have their tech take a look. Mine did the same thing, but was fine after I formatted it a couple times.. theyre like a dog.. one little flea leads to thousands of problems...
