Question about Betty Crocker Kitchen Appliances - Others

When the dough is kneeding, the pan unseats from the machine and pops up off of the bottom stopping the kneeding process. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. I may need one of those black (I dont know what its called - agitator)that the pan clicks into.

Most of the time you will need a pan . the paddle berrings are freezing up and to keep the motor from burning up it is set up to pop the pan up .turn the paddle from underthe pan and from inside the pan it should turn real easy if not theres your problem

Why is my regal kitchen Pro breadmaker making loud noise when kneeding the dough?

Is the dough too dry? Try adding a few Tbls spoons of water. and make sure blades and pan are set right.

Blade rotation

The loud noise you hear is the belt in the bottom of your machine slipping. You may need to replace the belt. If you are making 2 pound loaves you might want to try making the smaller loaves such as 1.5 or 1.0 pounds. What make and model number is your machine?

All I can tell you is that my Toastmaster instruction book contains the same types of warnings.
E-01, just means the oven is too hot, but warnings E-02 , 03,04,05 and 08 all say you should unplug the machine and call the manufacturer....Sorry for the bad news....

Kneeding seems to jam frequently

Hi, Take the bread pan and paddle out of the machine and see if the paddle spins freely by hand. If it sticks then the sealed bearing is failing. If everything is good here, check the tension on the belt pulley. The belt may be too loose to spin the paddle freely under load. Belt and motor is inside the base of the machine. Good Luck..Hank

Help - the stirrer keeps sticking, the motor strains to turn it round but it won't go when the dough is in, its too heavy. The last loaf I made I had to take the dough out of the machine and kneed it...

Hi,
Take the bread pan out of the machine and run a kneading cycle. See if the motor is straining. If it is it could be a belt or the motor itself. If the motor runs nice and smooth and you can see the motor shaft spinning effortlessly, then it's the bread pan itself. See if you can spin the paddle easily when it is out of the machine. If not then it is the sealed bearing in the bread pan that is starting to fail and it's time for a new bread pan. Hank

Bread pan pops out during the kneading 2 cycle

I had a similar problem after using the same machine for several years. It worked well for years and then popped off the shaft whenever I had a rather stilll dough. To solve the problem I bent the clips on each side of the bread pan that hold the pan into the machine up and toward the center of the machine. I did not use any tools to do the bending. It solved the problem. The pan no longer jumps up out of the clips and off of the shaft.

Bread pan jumps off of its fastener clips.

I have the answer to the TR2500BC pan popping off the base!! My husband and I made a loaf for testing the jump off. Ah HAH! I set the pan in, ok. felt it was down all the way. When it started to knead the ball and stop to reverse...it popped off. We looked at the side hook on top. ok. It popped off again. It was when my husband made sure the two tabs on the under side of the pan was in the opposit direction of the two buds in the base. at that point you MUST set the pan down with force until you get that distinctive click, click. Rock the pan front to back a bit as you push down. It has worked every time since I started that process. I make two loafs of bread a week with no problem of it hopping off. ENJOY.
