Vga is onboard ie.(builtin graphics), After scrutinizing, all possibilities, I decided to remove the Processor, after removing the heatsink fan combo, I saw excessive thermal grease had melted across the processor, (prolly cheap grease), so i decided to remove and clean the excessive grease from the chip, put new grease on the contacts and reinstalled the processor, prior to doing so I also set the jumper on the mainboard to clear the CMOS and removed the battery for a couple minutes, reset the jumper and rebooted so far so Good!! havent had a problem yet!! needless to say had to reset some bios settings no big deal!! thanks for the help and I hope my results will help other individuals !!

This may be a silly question, but have you set your BIOS to boot from CD first?
When you get to the post screen press any key to boot from cd.
The you can folow the prompts to go through the rest of the setup.
If this is what you are doing can you go into more depth of where you get up to?
