Re: wont play song all the way through!
If the songs are DRM-protected, you will get this problem on most mp3 players. Your best bet is to get files that are in true mp3 format, because the songs that you have on there now are never going to work (even though they will play fine on your computer).
You could use an illegal program like Tunebite to convert your existing music to mp3 format, but I wouldn't reccomend it.

When you download songs, save it first on your My Music folder for you to easily track the song list. Once you have successfully downloaded the songs, insert your MP3 Player. Format your MP3 Player first by right clicking the drive and click format. Once it is formatted, Copy the songs from your My Music folder then Paste it on your MP3 Player drive. *Note: Try to play your saved song in your Windows Media Player if the song is working fine before you copy it on your MP3 Player. hmmm, that means that you may have synched some songs that are not fully compatible with your go-gear. although it is still mp3, it may have some "codecs" issues with it. and thus making your go gear crazy. what you can do is delete all the songs you have there, and make a fresh start from scratch, that way, you'll know.
i have loaded the songs. the player can bring them up and look as thoug it's playing them, but it doesn't play the songs. The status bar on the bottom of the screen which lets you know how much of the song has been played etc, doesn't move. so it's simply not playing the songs, it is not a problem with the headphones, it is a problem with the mp3 player. please help
