Trying to stay in the $400 range and get some decent bass in your Golf? No problem! The MTX Thunder 280 is a great amp. No, I don't actually have one of my own, but I do have the 240 and 2160. As for what sub to use, well, I say stick with the MTX theme. I've got 3 of their new Thunder5000 12" subs and I love them! To keep the box size to a minimum you could try a Thunder5000 10" sub and your bass package cost should be around $400 and tax. If you would like any box size recommendations feel free to email me. If you want a tighter bass sound or a boomier bass sound, again, feel free to email me and I'll help ya. Hope I can be of som assistance.

SH SH Could also be a semi-detached tensile lead. I've done that before.

What kind and model are the subs, and what are you driving them with? Were they professionally installed, or a homegrown job? What kind of box are they in? This would help to start, unless it was in your other post ;)

Good Day Everyone, I am in the trailer manufacturing business and I have a request to wire up some trailers for 12 & 24v trucks. The lights that I am using are 2'' Round for Clearance and 6'' Oblong for Brake/Signal in the rear. It's all LED and I found 2'' Round that can handle 12 & 24v but I can't seem to find any 6'' Oblong. What would happen if I just put strictly 24v in there??? Then, if it was hooked up to a 12v system the light output just wouldn't be as great, correct? By the way these trailers are just for 1/2-1 ton trucks. Thanks
