I bought a model 2221 peanut soaker tub installation

I bought a model 2221 peanut soaker tub. It sits 1 1/2'' off the platform. I need the best way to support the bottom so we can actually use the tub. there were no instructions in the box. We asked the retailer they suggested we go on line with Crane for solution.

New tub, no instruction! Not impressive!!! We've installed before, thought this would be the same. Not so. I've tried to find info on line-no luck. guess I'll keep looking.

I just bought a 2221 Peanut which I am in the process of installing. I found it a very stiff tub construction, compared to some of the others I looked at.    We put it in with ledger boards on 3 sides as directed, took a fair it of time to make sure they took weight, and got a pretty solid installation: with about 500 lbs of people in the tub, putting up wallboard behind it, there was no flex, movement, or noise.  That's the same as one large person and 20+ gallons of water. More to the point--the installation instructions refer to low expansion foam, and say that it is not essential but may be helpful.  I still have access to the underside of tub through the plumbing access panel, and figure I can get some under most of the length of the tub anyway, JIC.

Fill the tub one third full with water you must be able to access the under side of the tub cut hole in drywall if possible spray two large cans of sprayfoam allow 5 hours for foam to set and drain water. problem fixed.

When filled with water, the tub edges pull away from the tile, installed per manufacture's direction, is this normal?

No, it's not normal. I suspect you missed one of the early steps in the installation. The bottom of the tub needs to be fully supported. We often use mortar to set the bottom of the tub so it doesn't move. If you did that, the whole floor may be sagging under the weight. We see this sometimes in houses built to minimum code.

The symbol is called a CARET and normally sits between two
numbers.... the first is called a BASE and the second is EXPONENT.
The second number signifies the amount of times the first number
is to be multiplied by itself. (2^2=4). Hope this helps.

Can't find a pump for Aqua Glass model 566042BC

What model of pump? Pumps are changed and identified by the model and brand name of the pump, NOT the model number of the bath tub.

Need a waste system for my ceda roma whirlpool bath

What you need to search for at your local plumbing store is an EXTENDED overflow. An overflow for a jetted tub is taller than for a soaker tub.
This is taller than a regular overflow.
This needs to be between 22-28" tall.
