Question about HP Printers & Copiers
FAILS to print an alignment page then asks for a page of white paper to be added fails again, - - -. Some lines partially fail to print when using black ink. Scan is OK but printing with black is not clear.
Sounds like your printer could use a bit of cleaning and maintenance, please contact your local HP support for help.
Also, if you use non-original ink for your printer, the result will anything else than "Always clear, always sharp"...

Tips for a great answer:
If you installed a new print cartridge, the HP All-in-One prints a print cartridge
If you have colored paper loaded in the input tray when you align
the print cartridges, the alignment will fail. Load unused plain white paper
into the input tray, and then try the alignment again.
If the alignment fails again, you might have a defective sensor or print
cartridge. Contact HP Support. Go to
www.hp.com/support. If prompted,
choose your country/region, and then click
Contact HP for information on
calling for technical support.
