Question about Sony Ericsson K320i Cellular Phone
The puk code is a
code associated to SIM card , not to the phone.
You have to choices, call the phone company or
replace the SIM card inside.
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3
times.
You need to call the phone company that released
the SIM card, they can retrieve the PUK code from a database for free.
In your case you need to contact your SIM card
provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not
to the phone.
If you replace the SIM card with a different one,
then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.
Let me know if
you need anything else.
Thanks,
PREM
