Sounds like the power supply. They are very easy to replace in desktops. Cost you about 25-50 dollars for the part.

I need code for coby tv-1360, to work with rca systemlink 4

Hello
There is no code for your Coby with RCA systemlink-4 specified. But you can find the stored coed in Coby with RCA remote. Here is the proceedings. Do it and check.
Press and Hold CODE SEARCH button until ALL FOUR device choice buttons light up.
These FOUR buttons DO light up, they are on the SECOND ROW from the top; and from LEFT to RIGHT are named:
SAT-AUX CABLE VCR TV

After ALL FOUR are lit, RELEASE the CODE SEARCH button. All four lights will stay lit!
Select the device you want to control. Press that button ONCE!
The light will stay on for the selected device, the other lights will turn off. Press the OFF-ON button repeatedly until device powers up or down. If device is off and this turns it ON, try channel up or down. If device is turned ON and this turns it OFF, press ENTER and try to turn it on.
If this does NOT work, you don't have the correct code. Go through all the previous steps from the beginning. I actually counted the number of times I depressed the OFF-ON switch, and this helped immenssely! For example, the TV turned Off or On after 19, 45, 76, 94, 115 and 164 depressions of the OFF-ON button.
Of course it wasn't until I hit the 164 mark that it controlled all functions, and is now going great! But I knew NOT to **** around with a number I had all ready tried, and which didn't do the trick the first time!
Remember, when you start from the beginning, it's just that, from the beginning! You'll notice the device turns on or off after the same amount of depressions of the OFF-ON button, but that may not be the code you need.
Again, this is for an RCA SystemLink 4 Remote Control only, NOT for any other model!!

[2]
Without codes:
  1. Turn on TV.
  2. Press and hold CODE SEARCH until all device buttons light, release button.
  3. Press TV button. TV button will stay on.
  4. Press POWER repeatedly until TV turns off.
  5. Press ENTER.
[3]
With codes:
  1. Turn on TV.
  2. Press and hold CODE SEARCH until all device buttons light, release button.
  3. Press TV button. TV button will stay on.
  4. Using number keypad enter code for TV.
  5. Press ENTER.

2006 fxdi I can turn on the key and run switch the bike runs it diagnostic check and as soon as I hit the start switch I lose all power. The bike has a new battery and was just serviced.

Ring the service center and hit them up with your problem. It sounds like the computer is either swithching everything off because there is a greater problem that it is protecting.

1987 volvo 740 I have a bad relay swithch and need to find out where it is located. I turn the key on to start and after the engine runs for a couple of seconds, it dies and all the dash board lights stay...

The Central locking/unlocking/main lighting relay is located underneath the cigarette lighter bay, underneath the ashtray, in front of the fuses. Remove the ashtray. Unclip the ashtray carrier by pressing up the section marked "electrical fuses"" - press.
There are 3 rows of electronics. These are assigned a letter value a-z from left to right beginning with the upper left. The one you are looking for is in the K position in the 3rd row (closest to you), 2nd component in. Hope that helps.
