The grand totals are about the only thing that cannot be reset (they are called non resettable grand totals) so you can just turn them off. turn key to program 3 SUBTOTAL 0822 SUBTOTAL 2000 CASH SUBTOTAL Now turn the key to Z mode and press CASH. The machine will print a daily report. Now press CASH again and you should get a small clear report with nothing on it. now you are ready to go. turn key back to REG mode
1: Turn key to x mode
2: select the electronic journal report by the <rc> key
3: Press the <cash> key, enter start date and or consecutive # and press <cash> key.
