Question about Garmin nuvi 265 Car GPS Receiver
After the update my Garmin Nuvi 265W I get a sign on my GSP screen that 'system software missing' , however prior to it it worked perfect way. Perhaps I removed something during the update? How can I get it back? During a new update process the computer send a message the the update file is corrupted. Why?
The system bootloader software got scrambled when you did the update. You can escalate it to a software tech and they may be able to give you the bootloader image file. If not, you'll have to get an RMA and send it back for a unit swap.
