Try looking for any pressure leaks or blockages within the unit. if this fails, the motor may be at fault, carefully open the unit and check that the pump motor's blades are in good order, if all of these fail, then it's ready to be recycled and replaced.
first sheck the inlet screen where the garden hose attaches,if there is water flow then see if it has a manual pressure regulator, this will be a knurreled knob somewhere on the intake manifold of the pump, ifyou have one, turn it clockwise and see if there is a difference. If still no luck, disconnect the high pressure hose from the pump, start it and see if warer flows at that point, Your gun may be clogged or your hose may be delaminating on the inside and need to be replaced. If all this fails I suggest you bring it to an expert. These pumps can require special tools and expertise to repair internally
I had a Karcher water sprayer that did the same thing , the repair man told me it could be repaired IF he could get parts , guess what, he COULDNT get parts so i had to buy another one , the answer to your question is yes they can be fixed provided you take it somewhere that can get parts . hope this helps
ps i could have fixed it myself with the right part, its not a hard job to strip it and rebuild it
the problem is that the pump is manufactured with a cheap plastic gear inside the pump which wears out relatively quickly because A: its cheap plastic riding against steel gears and B: they used a very thin oil instead of heavy grease to lubricate the gearbox. Soulution: get a new pump because this one is junk.
