Try reseating the memory. If you have more then one stick then do one stick at a time in each slot until you get video back.

My dell 470 wont boot up every thing seems to be working but when i turn on i get a blank screen and no signal displayed Edward

This means that your monitor is not receiving a signal from your graphics card.
Here are the things that you can try:
-Disconnect and reconnect your monitor from your computer.
-Try using a different cable to connect your monitor to your computer.
-Try connecting your monitor to another computer, if it works there it means that there's a problem with your graphics card and it may require a replacement. If your monitor is still saying no signal even if it has been connected to another computer that works fine then the problem is with the monitor.

EMachines T3656 Desktop wont boot and no signal to monitor

Try to check the monitor cable if it is properly connected to your motherboard. If you will have a video card you need to attach your monitor cable to the video card.

My Pc wont boot no signal in my monitor Help!

May be your in second HDD, you didn't set the jumper up. There are some more settings you will have to configure in the BIOS menu. in the BIOS, you should set the primary HDD as the master and the second(newer HDD) as the secondary. Then it should boot without any problem but if the problem persists I don't know what to do next.

Pc wont read monitor

If you look at the monitor there will be an led light on the front that is always orange or yellow when the computer is off but still connected to the monitor. This led will turn green when the computer boots up, sometimes even showing a "no signal" display before boot. If you see the 'command line'  text during the boot process (video info, BIOS version, POST text, etc) then the monitor is being recognized by the computer. If that text goes away and the led goes back to orange then it is a driver or operating system problem. Pressing whatever key is prompted at the lower left of the display, if you have a display, like F1, F2, F10, Delete or whatever will get you to the setup program and all is good with the display/computer connection and a green light will stay on. If you never get that green led light then either the video card is bad or not seated properly
