Try reseating the memory. If you have more then one stick then do one stick at a time in each slot until you get video back.

Pc not booting, monitor says no signal, led not working fans are spinnng faster

What is the motherboard model, or the model of a pre-built system like a dell ?

Does this use on-board video or does it have a card ?

Did you accidentally change the monitor setting to VGA ,, DVI or HDMI ?

You need to test monitor using another PC or laptop and test your PC using another monitor, one or the other.

My computer works normaly with an single core athlon 3200+ but when I use an Athlon 4400+ or 4000+ dual core, it just wont boot. The fans are running and lights are on but there is no signal on the monitor...

take a look at the motherboard manufacturers website and see if your motherboard will accept a 4400. You may need to update the bios on your board to accept the faster processor. You need to be careful if you flash the bios. do it wrong and you can write the board off.

Good luck

Wont boot and no signal to the monitor

Try running it without any ram in, as bad ram could cause that. Also you may have shorted your motherboard. It sounds stupid, but did you remember to put your standoffs on?

PC HAS POWER BUT WONT BOOT

this is a clarification request as well as a possible solution... are you using the onboard video, or a video card via pci, agp? because if you are using a new video card or a new motherboard you may have to use the onboard video temporarily to boot up and install drivers for the motherboard, then plug in the video card and it should boot up so you can install the drivers for it.... sometimes this is not the case though, i have had to trick a computer into doing this before which is not a smart idea at all...

My Pc wont boot no signal in my monitor Help!

May be your in second HDD, you didn't set the jumper up. There are some more settings you will have to configure in the BIOS menu. in the BIOS, you should set the primary HDD as the master and the second(newer HDD) as the secondary. Then it should boot without any problem but if the problem persists I don't know what to do next.

My pc does'nt boot up

There could be more than one single problem, the pc has to say something on the screen, if is not say anythyng chek the conection of the monitor or try the monitor on another pc, take out any new hardware wich you put recently or changed recently. that  could ba a problem as well.

try these two alternatives:
1.try to clean or change the slot of the memory
2. check on th power supply you put on your motherboard for the new board there are the socket for the power to be placed on the otherboard
