Belkin (F8E885) Enhanced Keyboard

That keyboard is not wireless, it is cabled to the computer. If you are looking h=to have your computer connect to the internet using wireless, you need to have a wireless access point connected to a cable modem or DSL, as well as a wireless network card in the computer.

Belkin wireless keyboard receiver won't work with my laptop

Yes and no...
"Wireless enabled" means you do not need a separate adapter to connect to a wireless NETWORK or computer, not a peripheral device.

I assume the two connectors are PS/2- plugs - one pink, the other one green. What you need is a PS/2- -to-USB adapter that should have come with your keyboard. PS/2-in, USB-out, either with or without the cables (see picture)

No you shouldn't .Belkin is recognized but most any computer as being compatible. If you've plugged into a live USB port the computer will see it.***Make sure you've installed batteries if it holds them and check the pin reset underneath the board and use it.There is also a rest on the keyboard receiver .

Wireless belkin keyboard

Hi. I have just worked out how to solve this as I had a similar problem. When you change the batteries of a Belkin Wireless Keyboard model F8E332ukBNDL you need to reconnect the keyboard to the wireless receiver that plugs into the USB port. To do this you press the 'Connect' button on the receiver and also press the green LED connect light at the top right of the keyboard - the one that flashes each time you press a key. I'm not sure in what combination you press these but I pressed them both and it worked.

Belkin Wireless Mouse

Today I tried pressing the reset button on the bottom of the mouse, and at the same time pressed the button on the top of the remote reciever. I'd pressed both in the past, but never at the same time. This seems to have fixed this problem. I hope it's a solution for others also.
