The fuse at the back looks fine, took it out and it looks new like the unit, the light wont illuminate saying that its charging and after having it plugged in overnight nothing on the unit lives!!!

Pull the pump out and see if just running 12 volts across it gets it to work. If that happens then it is not the pump at all but more likely fuse board or even the body computer.
Take it back and get an exchange one. Or, manualy check fuse, check wires conected to throtle and motor. If it all looks ok then its most certainly a wiring fault
I'm guessing you're talking about the dash light aound the radio. The dash lights around the radio share the same fuse with all the other lights that come on when you turn the parking light on. If the other light are working then your fuses are fine. What i think might have happen was when you took the dash cover off, the bulbs behind it might had burn out. You might want to try new bulbs.
My thought is that there is a fuse blown. If you put the factory back in and that didn't light up then there is definately a fuse blown. Correct me if I'm wrong but guessing that you didn't cut the harness, by the fact that you could put the factory unit back in, you probaby don't have a problem with wiring. Aslong as you matched up wiring colors with the harnesses the wires should be fine. The next problem should be a fuse. Not all fuses blown in a way that is easy to see. Just replace the "radio" fuse in your fuse panel and give that a shot. If you still have problems get back to me. Good Luck!
