I have been able to use windows media player on my acer laptop to burn cds since i bought it last year, until now that is, when i try and push burn it tells me to connect a driver, when i went to where the driver was located on the computer, there was a message saying "windows media cannot locate the device driver it may be corrupted or missing ,error 39" it hasnt been removed and im at a complete loss as to what to do about it, any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Try installing this, then reboot your computer.
